$ETH is in an interesting position. If this consolidates, the most likely reason for that is that #Bitcoin continues to run higher. Scenarios for me: 1⃣ - #Bitcoin breaks up and rallies towards $68,000 or even $73,000. We'll most likely see $ETH vs. $BTC correct back down, and I'm not expecting a deep correction, just 4-5% to be keeping the USD value relatively flat. In that scenario, I'm interested in buying this dip around 0.0280. 2⃣ - #Bitcoin drops down to $60,500-61,000. In that case I expect to see these pairs to remain flat and not do much. I would expect to see 0.03050 to be tested and swept, potentially even 0.0320 as $ETH has been acting significantly stronger than Bitcoin recently. Either way, the general thesis for me is that I expect Bitcoin to trend higher and that would mean that liquidity gets sucked out of the rest due to FOMO. Once #Bitcoin consolidates --> money flows back into those assets.

  • “There we go. Matter of time until it reaches $65,000 and that would strengthen the case for a stronger breakout on #Bitcoin. https://t.co/E5nEvzgxyz https://t.co/oxfLPOT8jm”Repeat18 Aug 2026, 14:25 UTC
  • “I repeat: this is the final stage of the bear market. Don't make things complicated for yourself. Just accumulate #Bitcoin, your favourite #Altcoins and wait. https://t.co/oVDBPnzDZ2”Repeat18 Aug 2026, 16:00 UTC
  • “#Bitcoin remains the same. I'd prefer to get the entry beneath the recent lows, and then I'd be looking for a TP around $65K again. If this sweeps and we'll climb back up to $65K, matter of time until we'll be breaking substantially higher. https://t.co/v7uDPiVcmW”Repeat19 Aug 2026, 07:31 UTC
  • “Unfortunately, #Bitcoin hasn't given me the optimal long. But, we're back above $65,000. Absolutely magnificent. Reasons: ▫️ $DXY continues to fall and is in a clear downtrend. ▫️ Yields are falling alongside the Dollar. ▫️ Upside is coming for risk-on assets. I don't think #Bitcoin will stall here, most likely it sweeps some highs and we'll consolidate, but my main targets from here are $68,000 and $73,000.”Repeat19 Aug 2026, 13:32 UTC
